I've always done all my own work (mostly German stuff) but this is my very first suspension project ever. Anybody know a DIY for the Springs and Camber bolts??? I think I'll just use the bolts unless for some reason someone shows me the plates are worth the much extra money.

Seems like some people say I may or may not need the Camber bolts and some say I may or may not need the Panhard bar so I'm thinking I should just do the springs and then take it to the shop and see how it's lined up before I spend money on either one, right??????

Well, I just bought a set of FRPP Ford Racing Springs (1.5" drop) and a set of Eibach Camber bolts as a package from a guy on here who bought them and then decided not to drop his car. Hopefully it'll work out for me without needing anything else. They were such a bargain I had to pick them up. I hear the FRPP's are basically the Eibach Pro's.

I have the camber adjusting plates, and they are nice and easy to adjust using just a wrench. They allow for 0 to to -3 degrees of camber. It might be 3 and a half, i dont remember exactly. They mount on your strut assembly and are somewhat difficult to install, but can be done as long as you have the tools. The strut must be taken off the car to switch out the springs, so its a perfect time to install the plates if thats the way you go. BTW, i got mine on sale for 25.00, well worth the price, so check around.

Wow, that's way cheaper than I've seen them anywhere. I'm hoping the camber bolts do the trick and I won't need to spend anymore money on it than I have to. I'll probably get the panhard bar later if I need it. I really hope I don't loose any ride quality or handeling. I'm still a little worried about doing it but I've already paid for the parts so I guess I'm trying it.
