I am really pleased with the Ford Racing lowering springs. Rear is lowered by 1.5", front by just under an inch. I still have the stock shocks and struts, but intend to upgrade in the future.

Tokico D-spec and Koni Yellows are good choices for an upgrade.

I also installed an adjustable panhard bar to center the rearend and camber plates to facilitate alignment.
