That's what I thought. Sorry about all the questions Sam, I am probably getting annoying by now and I really do appreciate all the help.

One last (hopefully) concern I have, since I do track the car. Would putting a spacer/shim there affect how I would have to drive on the track? When I am out there I am driving pretty hard. Would there be an increased chance of the spring slipping out when I am braking hard (just as a guage I use HP+ pads in the front and HPS pads in the back and it's not abnormal for the ABS to kick in out there, get what I mean)?

Before I do put this spacer/shim in I am gonna do a final inspection (again lol) to make sure there isn't anything holding the right side up, maybe in the spring pocket or something. I want the shim to be a last resort and I only want to use it if it won't affect the car in a negative way (such as the spring slipping out, a little off balance isn't a big deal for me).

If you are worried about it, just make the spacer fit the bump on the axle and machine the spacer to have a similar bump to fit inside the spring.... then it can't move with weight on it.

Good point. Gonna have to take a look at how those are made.
