Somewhere I saw a detail link on how to lower the car with pics and settings????

That link is for working on an earlier model Mustang and is NOT entirely applicable to the S197. For starters, you'll have to completely remove the strut, and compressing/releasing the spring is handled quite differently. The sta-bar endlink does not connect down to the control arm (it goes up to the strut body).

I think you really want this thread to stay alive so that you get the right information.
