I sure wish I had. I lasted about 2 weeks before I ordered the Tokicos and slapped them on. I dont recommend using stock shocks/struts when switching to aftermarket springs
I ran my stock shocks for a year after lowering with FRPP springs. The car seemed to slam and rattle over everything. Koni STRT's took care of that. Still doesnt ride like a Cadillac of course but its certainly better. It would have been much more time efficient to do everything at once and i would have saved money on the second alignment, but it wasnt in the finances. If you can afford it, do it all at once. You'll have to buy those shocks sooner or later. Thats a fact.
