Default This seems like a great deal to me!

SO I have been watching the classifieds for various convertible suspension parts to cross me. Pretty tough find. Also didn't want to pay a ton for this stuff. So I got on NTO and they are having a sale on NTO GT Vert stuff!

http://www.newtakeoff.com/mustang_gt...2005-2009.aspx

Just looking to get a little bit better handling out of it.

The GT shocks and struts don't lower the car at all correct?
The front GT sway bar is also thicker?

To get the parts individually is around $400, only $250 here... awesome

I don't think the GT suspension will lower your car at all. But hopefully somebody that knows more than I will chime in. Good Luck!

The front GT sway bar is thicker than the base V6 - in 2006 the Pony package used the same sway bars as the GT for the front and rear. The GT shocks and struts won't lower your car - remember they are made for a little bit heavier car than the V6. And it shouldn't affect your alignment, in fact the aftermarket shocks and struts are the same for the V6 and GT from what I've found so far.

if your going to spend the money, i personally would go aftermarket. the car might tighten up, but not by much.

Wouldn't aftermarket cost a lot more than that package though? I don't need insane performance, I really just want the rear roll bar so I stop feeling huge weight transfers while cornering. I know it wont get rid of it all, but a little might be nice.
