Found wheel I want..but dont know 18 or 20
So i have finally decided on the wheels I want..the TSW Nurburing wheels
I just dont know if I want them in a 18 or a 20. they will be a staggered setup
Not sure what to choose

i dont see it making much of a difference. I would get a lower profile tire if I got 20's so the overall height of the wheel and tire should be pretty close to the same on both..looking to run a 245 front and 275 rear.

What tires u looking to run? I'm not a 20 hater like some around here. But I do prefer 18s on most wheels. If it were me I'd do at least 255 up front and 285 rears in 18. That's just me though.

285 is to wide to me..I hate it when the tires start to come out past the fenders and it seems 285's do that on most I see..I dont need anything thats going to be crazy hookup cause it will never see a track. I do like the look of more wheel and less sidewall..but I also like the fact the 18's are about $100 less per wheel..

the tires wont stick out so long as you have the right offset. i had 45 offset 18's on my 05 with 285/s outback and they were tucked under about half an inch. /mess aroudn and end up with 30 offset like I am returnign and you will stick out no matter what. stangs need 40 or 45 offset, you can run up to 295 or more just fine.

what sucks about the 18's is..most of the tires like a 275/40/18 is actually almost 3/4" shorter then stock..so that will make my wheel gap seem like I didnt lower my car. same if I got 245/45 in the front.
I was looking at the Sumatomo HTR III
stock over all height is 27.3"
the 275/45 is 26.6" and the 245/45 is 26.7"
the tires are cheaper and the 18 version of that wheel is close to $100 cheaper so thats a big deal there

I saw them on a 05-09 car last weekend. The car was red with those black wheels in 20's. I liked it alot. But im a big fan for filling a wheel well with, well, what it calls for, a WHEEL. But yea they were nice. It was at a local car show and im goin agian this weekend and if it is there i will get you a couple pics.
