Default D-specs and H&R springs are awesome!

Just installed me d-specs with H&R race springs and the car is awesome! Handle like it is on rails. Found the setup for $450 slightly used which is a steal for all of it. Installed it all in almost 5 hours total and this was the first time I had ever done suspension work. These forums help out alot, thanks to you guys for posting the "How To's" or i would have taken it to a shop and wasted even more money.

Looks great!! Give us some feedback when you get a few miles on them. I'm interested in the overall ride. Word is they are way too stiff for the street. Especially the rear. Just collecting opinions!

Funny you mentioned that the rear is stiffer than the fronts, because I've noticed that as well. Driving over bumps at slower speeds, I notice that the front goes over fairly smooth, but the rear is pretty jarring. Maybe "jarring" is too strong of a word, but you get the point. Maybe I'll try a softer setting on the rear. Can't hurt on the street, if anything it'll just promote more initial understeer which is fine for the street.

Looks good man, you should swap over to V6/GT500 sideskirts to flow better with the textured front lip. I had GT sideskirts on mine then when I got my CDC classic I switched back to the V6 ones.

Not a bad idea to switch over because the shaker is also a flat black and it looks pretty good. The ride is alittle soft in the front but i cant tell what the shocks and struts are set at because I dont have the key to adjust it. Waiting for Tokico to send me a key so i can play with the adjustments still

It's just an allen wrench, isn't it??

You can just adjust them with the right sized allen wrench.

Didn't even notice you had the shaker even more of a reason!

Yep. It is an allen wrench.

I usually run one turn softer at the rear, either for street or dialed up for play.

They are perfect. Like on rails and i love them. Thinking I may need CC plates because you can see the camber in the fronts. Also im getting a steering wheel shimmy and im not postive but i think an alignment is needed
