First, I don't see any data with regard to OEM 2011 or 2012 Mustangs.

Second, Obviously you are not measuring your spring rates correctly!

What install heights are you using?

Do you have any reports to back up your data?

Haven't I see this data before on another website? Are you the one who posted it originally or are you just copying and pasting?

909SSP, you may also like to refer to this link to see other members of this website who can verify that the OEM S197 Mustang comes with softer rate fronts , than rears

Post #33 explains it very well

"Stock/Factory GT springs (Tags= Yellow, Orange) - front: 136lb/in / rear: 142lb/in, I have confirmed all of these rates using a 0.000000Nm German spring tester, very soft with lots of roll and moderate understeer"
