Just how much does one of those cost? And is it only compatible on a TR6060/T56 tranny?

According to the PST web site they make drive shaft for GT and GT500 but to tell the truth I am not sure they are different.

I tracked a recent vibration issue to the slip joint on my current DS. It had about 1/8'' of play in it and from what I gather it's pretty common so Justin's observations on the slip joint problem appear accurate. It's four years old (installed on car with less than 50 miles on it) and been through a lot...lowering/raising, pinion angle changes etc so that may have caused the slip joint problems.

I have a replacement Coast DS shipping tomorrow. Hopefully this one will last until I either sell or retire the car...and when I do get a new car the CF one WITHOUT a slip joint will be my choice, whatever the cost.
