I've had my TSW rims for 4 years and haven't had any problems other than some pitting in the chrome finish.
In Europe TSW are pretty well regarded for their quality, and service so I'm surprised at the response you got from the dealer.

I was completely surprised by Michelin and they were absolutely brilliant - lets not forget that!
I was completely surprised by TSW as well, but not in a good way. Product looks good, customer kept at arm's length. Their website has no "contact us" page and the 800 number only identifies local dealers. Go figure. They don't want to hear about problems.
