Default tire expert please come in! need help!

Hi,guys! I have 12 GT 5.0 and i just purchased AMR wheels front 19x8.5 and rear 19x9.5 from AM, and my stock tires are Pzero All season 245/45/19 ,so that should fit the front wheel, and I know i should go with 275/40/19 for the rear, right now, i want to reuse the stock all season to the front, and purchase some 275/40/19 summer tire for the rear, so my question is that would mixing all season and summer cause any problem?? if not, what if i put 245/45/19 at the front, and put 285/35/19 instead of 275/40/19 for the rear, would they be fine?any weight transfer ?(285/35/19 has 26.9 inch diameter and 275/40/19 has 27.7 inch diameter,so the rear wheel would be lower than the front )

thanks, i need your advice

Go with the 275/40/19 size on the rear. The 285/35/19 will look rediculous at almost an inch shorter.

I would not mix tire types, tire brands, or even brand models... but that is just me.

thanks for ur reply! if i wanna get 285/35/19, i better go with 255/40/19 for front, right? I think it wont be too ridiculous since i drop my car with pro kit.

continental extreme contact dw got the best reviews on tirerack for a tire of that size i think. I woulndt worry about mixing the tire types personally, you may have more understeer with those all season fronts though , doesnt really matter

If it gets cold where you are, the understeer/oversteer balance could shift toward oversteer on the chilly days. Be a bit more careful with the throttle while turning at such times, because summer performance tire grip goes away faster as the temperature drops than A/S tire grip does.
