Blue Speed Racer

I just got a Ford Racing handling pack for my 2011 GT and I installed the front sway bars, springs and struts last Sunday. I have been testing the different settings and adjustability these past couple of days, but today when i turn abruptly from side to side I started hearing this horrible creaking / squeeking noise upfront ( almost like some metal is rubbing against another) more so on the drivers side than on the passenger's side, specially when in full soft mode, less noticeable on the medium setting.....i made sure to apply plenty of the lubricant that comes with the kit inside the polyurethane bushing and outside of it as well. Couple of questions...

Did any one had this problem before?
How did you guys resolve the issue?
I do not believe this will go away when i install the rear sways, springs and shocks...
