Sorry to bring this back from the dead but I wanted to ask moosetang how the set up with urethane at both ends is holding up?
I went under my stang for the first time today and my bushing looks similar to the pics from your first post.

I got rid of the stupid urethane bushing and went with the Steeda spherical bushing. Now the rear suspension doesn't bind and the car can actually turn.

I drive my car everyday in the most pothole ridden streets you can imagine and it feels ok, as long as you use an upper arm with a bushing on the chassis side the ride will be just fine. What I would never do is go all solid on the arms, that will rattle your teeth out.

I've racked up about 10k miles on my Steeda spherical bushing. I just pulled the rear end to swap gears and to paint it so that meant tearing everything off. I followed the install instruction for the bearing and put threadlocker on it like they said. I had a VERY hard time getting the nut off which meant that it's working perfectly and was very secure. I also run all spherical on the rear end side and poly on the car side (all steeda products, adj, UCA, billet LCA, 3rd link bushing, gt500 UCA mount). The LCA and UCA I have had on the car for about 25k now and have had no problems from those. The adj. UCA's length has remained the same and the locknuts have remained tight, even with track days and autox days.
