Default Sway bar replacement

I replaced the original sway bars on my 2011 GT today. Also replaced the lower control bar at the same time. The work went well and we were done in about 5 hours. The new sway bars are Eibach. The car drives and handles really well. All bolts were torqued according to specs and there were no issues with the install. Only one problem. If you are driving and apply the brakes there is a loud click. The only time it does not click is if you apply the brakes very slowly. We did not do anything with the brakes except unhook the emergency brake to install the lower control arms.

I would greatly appreciate some advice on this. Thank you for your time.

Is the click coming from the front or from the back?

Do you also get a click or a clunk when you're starting up from a dead stop?

If by "lower control bar" you mean the rear lower control arms, I'm betting that the bars aren't the reason for the noise.

Norm - it does not click when I start up only when I apply the brake. I do mean the lower control arms. The noise seems to be coming from the front. I have retorqued the nuts on the front sway bar but that did not fix the click. Thanks for answering.
