Rear end kicks out while taking hard corners

I've never gotten under the car to play around with sway bars before...say if I were to...is it as straightforward as driving the front of the car up on some ramps, unbolt and re-bolt to a tighter setting, and it's as easy as that?

Tires are the big thing. You have a ton of dough wrapped up in quality suspension pieces, but the mediocre stock tires aren't going to let them work to even close to their full ability.

That's pretty much it. Just unbolt the end link, move it to a hole on the sway bar closer to the front of the car and bolt it back up. Easier with a jack/jackstands and the front wheels off though.
