Default used boss LS wheels & tires, opinion?

Hey guys I have a coworker who is trying to sell me a lightly used set of Boss LS wheels (someone hit a curb with one of them but its not bad but noticeable). I have seen them and there in good shape but the tire size that's mounted is odd. Right now its got this Yokohama ADVAN Neova AD08 tire 265/35-19 on the 19x9 and a 295/30-19 on the 19x10. The tread is about 7/32" if I Measured it right. I'am getting the feeling that he sold the car or totaled it now he just wants rid of everything now. You guys have any opinions on it.

Maybe if the price was right.....however, what are you ultimate goals for your car?

Well I was kind of thinking these would make for a nice set of track use only tires. Only issue is that I can’t justify a trailer so that keeps me from getting the 18in wheels. I am already driving 120+ miles out to my local track. I was thinking about tossing some BFG Sport COMP-2 tires on and ruining those at the track, cost is more in my budget. I don't know much about mixing rims and tires are those even safe to drive on?

I can walk away with them for less 1K. Turns out the Boss was sold and a newer vette has taken its place.

A staggered setup out on a road course is usually not the best in terms of handling. Furthermore, there are more tire options available to you (us) in a17 or 18.
