I think the solution may be to finish that exhaust!

Not going to fix it, just mask it with more noise...

I may have a similar issue. I installed a Prothane Upper control arm bushing in the differential side with hopes of eliminating this really annoying rubberbanding / rebounding that happens when loading and unloading the drivetrain. I swear it got better after I re-torqued the bolt. It is now back to where it was clunk wise again. I was considering trimming the poly back a tiny bit to hopefully get a better clamp on the sleeve because I CAN NOT torque it any more.

Here is an image, would you recommend trimming something as minute as this?

Slightly longer sleeve? Can you sand poly bushings? If so, then put them on the belt sander for a second.

Slightly longer sleeves might not fit up inside the brackets, and would be more difficult to source and trim to suit if they even would.

Just to follow up, I found part of the problem. MBRP provides spacers to lower the panhard bar brace on the driver's side to make room for their 3" exhaust. With a lowered rear, the panhard bar can contact the brace, thus the clunking. I shortened the spacers (they didn't need to be as long as supplied) and reinstalled the brace. Plenty of clearance now. The clunking is gone but still have the "rattle". The search continues........
