2008 thru 2010

2008 to 2010 share the same components although 2010 has some updated/revised parts to resolve some issues of the 09 older models. The thing is, the parts on the 2010 will work for the 08-09 models.
Upper strut mounts on the front, Lower control arms on the front, Stabilizer end Links, all revised/updated on the 2010 to address some thunk/thump issues from the front suspension. I also think some of the bushing materials on the 2010 are a bit improved on the 2010, all in the name of resolving some known issues.
So, in answer to your question, while the parts are interchangeable, the 2010 did have some minor improvements but nothing life changing.

IMO the 2010 is a superior car to the 2008-09's. It is a second series S-197 and you get all the advantages of the second series except the 5.0 and six speed trans. The suspension on the 2010 GT is the same as the 2008-09 Bullitt. If you get at 2010 Track Pack model, the suspension is very similar to the 2011-14. The 3.73 axle package on the 2010 gives you most of the track pack options. Also, the body is stiffer than a first series car.
