I need help finding a part number. I replaced my front springs with Steeda Sport Springs but when I disassembled the struts the lower plastic sleeve that goes between the spring and the strut came apart, completely rotted away. I assembled the struts without it and now the car clunks like crazy but I can't find a part number for it or a suitable replacement. If anyone can help I'd be really grateful.

5R3Z5L302A or 6R3Z5L302A

My notes indicate the 2nd part number is a newer part. I've never ordered these so let me know if these get you the right parts.
