Widest tires all around on 2013 GT?

I'm looking at 20x9 wheels with 35 offset. Can I fit 275/35 all around. Not really big on the staggered look.

Tire Rack lists rim width range for 275/35R20 as 9"-11", so you're ok with that setup.

Yep, they'll fit no problem. The tire height is the same and fender clearance will be within 1mm of the 20x10 +48 wheels I had with 275/35. I could air all the way out and still not hit the fenders.
