2015, 2016, 2017 Wheels on 2012
Some nice deals in my area where people have taken the wheels off 2015+ Mustangs. The only difference i see is that the studs on the new models are metric but the wheel offset, etc. should work on a 2012.
I can't find anybody saying these will fit on a 2012 and TPMS sensors will work.
Wheels/tire spec
FR3Z1007M
255/40zr19 - Fronts
275/40zr19 - Rears
45mm Offset

You're never wrong but I am always wrong, so he should believe you.
OP, as long as the offset is good and the rims are hubcentric (and fit your hub), you should be fine. The TPMS most likely will not be compatible (different frequency) and will need to be swapped out with yours. You can then sell the 2015+ ones on e-bay or something. You need to research aftermarket TPMS sensors though to confirm that.

Anybody out there running this setup?
So TPMS needs swap out.
Hubs are same size...offset is good.
Last suspected issue is the metric stud sizing and lugs. The lugs designed for the rim are different...fatter that the 2012 stud/lug.
