Default Rear suspension noise when cold after replacement

Hey all, I replaced my rear lower control arms and panhard bar yesterday at work. I got SR Performance control arms and a BMR panhard bar. Took it for a test drive and all was fine. This morning, however, it was very noisy the whole way to work. I know it's normal for bushing to be a little noisy when cold, but it was very loud. Anyone experience anything like this? I'm going to wait for it to get a little warmer and check again, and see if I can add more grease.

All my parts had grease fittings, cold or not, they don't make noise.

All mine have fittings, I did grease them during the installation. Also greased the faces of the bushings.

Were the suspension nuts/bolts tightened while the suspension was under load (while the suspension was at ride height) or while they were free hanging? If they were free hanging, you probably have some bushings that are binding.

You might want to try and have the car resting on jackstands under the rear axle so that the rears supension is loaded. Then loosen and retighten the lower control arm and Panhard bar bolts/nuts to spec and see if that resolves the issue.

I put the back end up on ramps so it was all ride height during installation
of the LCAs, and Panhard bar. It really should be at ride height when
putting the stuff on. I read that some of those POLY bushings just make
a lot of noise sometimes.

Squeaks and clunks are far more likely to occur when the poly part is longer between the faces than the inner sleeve that runs through it. Make the poly a teensy bit shorter than the inner sleeve, and taper the faces ever so slightly from ID to OD and I'm betting you'll hardly ever get any noise again.
