Have you tried talking to a dealer? Tropical Ford always has a few on hand. Maybe they might let you use one? If not, take it for a couple hour "test drive"

nah, everyone knows i dont have a GT500 and the purpose of me wanting to rent one isnt to try to act like its mine....i would say "its a rental"....its just that in this area, u dont see many of em around, so when they see one at my wedding theyd be like "D@mn, thats a nice car...its a GT500!"......

but i hear what you guys are saying about using my own car....i guess ur right....it will save me some money too....i guess now its time to mod it again for all to see!

FTR I get what you're saying and trying to do. It's no different than some wedding parties renting a limo, a horse and carriage, or a Rolls Royce. It's a fantasy-type vehicle for youand you'd like to include that as part of the touches that make your wedding special to you.

If I had one I'd rent it to you for the right price...I bet you can find one if you want it bad enough.

I don't know call me crazy...just sounds like you are trying to do something special for your wedding!! I understand where you are coming from...its not about your car its about your wedding and doing something special for the occassion. Everyone knows what your car looks like but the whole point of a wedding especially afterwards the newly wedded couple gets in that LIMO or in your case the GT500 which would be pretty kick ***. Him driving his own vehicle would be like having an attorney represent himself in trial...It just doesn't happen.

There's gotta be someplace in Florida that rents out exotic vehicles (Lambo's, Rolls Royce, etc) - I'd check with them. My guess is you're going to have trouble finding a private individual willing to rent you their car just because of all the shenanigans associated with the wedding (rice/birseed throwing, writing Just Married in soap or shaving cream on the windows). I know if I got my 500 back and it had birdseed in the engine compartment or soap/shaving cream stains on it, I'd be pissed!

Sure, why not? Bang down a few pre-wedding drinks, sauce it up a bit at the ceremony, grab a rented 500hp car and blast off! I'm sure the gt500 owners will be lined up.
