Default Clutch Question

I love my new GT500 but I am not sure about the clutch?? If you are not exact on the pedal and gas it seems to chugg......Any thoughts or observations!!

ive got the same problem. from going to my cobalt ss to the shelby i struggle with the clutch. its almost like you have to drag it out extra long to get a smooth start.

i for one dont think its the clutch. because ive never had trouble with a clutch before. i think its the gears...fuel economy sucks...

it does kinda suck tho having to put up with the whole car shaking when u try to take off like a grandma

I think it gets better as the clutch breaks in. I did notice it a lot and still do, but as I approach 3000 miles it seems to be getting better. It is a very touchy clutch, on or off, no middle ground. The motor will quickly overpower the T/C too if you aren't careful. Driving this car in rain/ice/or snow would scare me. So far I have only had to deal with rain.

BTW, a gear change supposedly helps. I went too 373 gears today and it did seem a little better. I will see how I fare over the next couple of days.

yea i think its just a really sensitive clutch...u blip it to about 1k rmp then feather out the clutch i mean its not jumpy but its not smooth like other cars can be...
