not as bad as a car I saw the other day that was obviously not a Shelby but had the body kit and badges....they tried to sell it for 40K +....I was like: wtf....

hmm, not too bad fromt the outside, but take one look inside, and the auto just gives it all way. you would think all that money they spent on building that, just to sell it, they could have just used all that for a down payment on a gt500. oh well, he gave me all kind of ideas like putting a siliver honda "H" in my grill and maybe a silverado 2500 HD banner on the rear window

Considering they are selling the car for more than 12k over stock (fake gt500), and it has LESS than 12k of mods on it (2k), I think that's the second most laughable thing a stupid dealer has tried to do. This would never happen from a luxury car dealer. Stuff like 100k mark ups (GT500KR) and this are why you don't try to sell an expensive car through a dealership system that pays near minimum wage.The Ford GT program went way better handled. There was a simple waiting list and you paid MSRP. Done and done.
