I drive my truck or my wife's car as the daily...GT500 stays in the garage except for weekend trip around the neighborhood or a mall run. Less than 300 mile on the odometer.

I will not drive mine daily...it gets too much attention so I'm too afraid I'd come back to find key marks or massive door dings. Mine is pretty much only weekend driven....hence the 1100 miles on it in total since February.

I rarely drive it anywhere that I will need to leave it parked unattended.

I take mine out once a week, have 3 other DD to choose from. Plus a couple of H-D's Fatboysand DRZ400s & DR650s. to name a few, Insurance Co loves me.

Mine is a DD...Well at least until winter then it will sit in my garage until spring . I hate Illinois winters. I only live 10 miles from work though.
