neither is yours so maybe you shouldn't be in the section.[:'(]
hey deuche... first of all: his post clearly says he has a Shelby Cobra...but the car in his avatar is not a Shelby...hence I said that...[&:]

secondly, the three cars in my garage are a BMW, the Mustang in my sig, and a 2008 Shelby GT500.... you're the one who shouldn't be in this section(judging by your user name)
Maybe you shouldn't judge the book by the cover, Just pointing out the obvious. Your the type of person that can call a person a deuche over the computer but you know good and well if you did it inperson it would get your *** whipped!

Should I be impressed you have a 1981 BMW.

I don't own a Shelby, so plz don't flame me. However, I just want to give Stang L a heads up w/ rpmoutlet.com. I personally have never made a transaction with them before but I have heard horror story's about them. Just search their name in this site and watch all the threads about them pop up. from my understanding, rpmoutlet is cheap as ***** and there's only a problem when and if they mess up your order. I've heard of rpmoutlet sending broken parts, wrong parts, etc to clients, Its a real pain to deal w/ their customer service when this matter does occur(from what I've heard of course).btw, that going be a fast Shelby, however a intake z06 probably will pull on you (3100pd vs. two tons)

hi,

i own a 2008 shelby cobra, i have ordered some upgrades for my car and i have a couple of questions i would like to ask to all the shelby specialists.

i ordered a full jba exhaust system 2.5 (long tubes), i also purchased a 3.73 ring and pinion kit (ford racing) and finally a power pack which comes with 8 racing plugs, a jlt intake system with its sct programmer and a small pulley (not sure what size but i think 2.65mm) which will run the shelby at 16psi. i also got lowering springs by eibach and nitto 555r tyres.

questions are:
1- which my clutch plate take the pressure for a couple of months or will it slip?
2- how much rwhp will i be expecting?
3- will i be able to smoke a z06?

all of the mentioned above will be installed by next month, just waiting for the parts to arrive from the states.

Thanking you guys in advance.
I think it will be a drivers race against a stock Z06. I would have recommended the Evolution stage 2 though - they are GT500 specialists. I'd also recommend a replacement heat exchanger as you up the boost. I have these scheduled for delivery to my door on Tuesday!!
