well looks like im gonna be keeping it unless i can get what i want for the car.. dealer offered 35k and i told them no way, id keep it before i sell it that cheap... i just bought the car 4 months ago, i cant see the car losing 11 grand in 4 months... if thats the case ill suck it up and just pay it off as soon as i can.. But im still open to offers, so if anyones interested feel free to pm me...

If you advertise the car well and get it back to total stock condition you might be able to sell it for about $40,000. I'm talking about making it totally clean, not a bit of dust in the engine bay and zero mods. It may take some work, putting ads in all the papers and Craig's List and all the mustang sites.
Don't put any extra miles on it.
Or maybe you could just rent it out? With the insane prices the rental companies want for GT500's you could make out pretty good!

i just decided that its gonna be stupid for me to get rid of it concidering the loss id take.. so ill keep the 500 and just try to pay it off asap. Orion if i were to sell it though, the car is perfect, and only has axlebacks on it... so nothing crazy in the mod department... But ether way im not taking that big of a loss for a car that i have owned 4 months.. thats just stupidity..

Keep in mind that dealers will absolutely take total advantage of you at any given chance.....they offered you $35K for the car, you can rest assured they would turn around and stick the MSRP right back on that car and most likely get it.
I would do just as others have suggested...start at MSRP and see what happens from there. A person might come along and make a very reasonable offer. GT500's in this area still have between a $5K and $10K markup.
Don't let a financial pinch cause you to make a hastey and costly decision. Never make decisions because you *have* to.....sit and think this one out.

You could get 40ish selling to someone who wants to drive it. Check on ebay and autotrader to see what they are asking for them. 07s and 08s that are selling, are getting 39 to 37.
It's a tough decision. Sometimes it's better to take the loss, than carry the debt.
