Be careful, someone got one from EBAY on another forum that he is having issues with (clutch and rear end) so have an inspection done first. I have a few contacts that could help if you want to find a car.

Saddle - 21,000 units total 07-09.

If it's more than $100, I don't buy from E-bay...

Thats what carfax is for...
Besides if its BRAND NEW then it is covered by factory warranty and any other dealership warranties it may come with. ++ No Brand new car should ever have any major problems.

Carfax is not always accurate. I checked my cars that I had previously owned and both were off. Neither made mention of the accidents they were in, any recalls they had, etc.
One had bad information about the mileage when it was correct.

And Ford had been producing cars with lots of defects, V6, V8 or GT500. Getting a problem fixed, even if it is covered under warranty, can be a minimal or MAJOR hassle, especially with Ford's latest problems. They are going to be very stingy about doing proper fixes at the dealer when they don't know if Ford will reimburse them for the costs.
Use eBay to find the car, and maybe to bid but you have to get it checked out.

If an accident isn't claimed through an Insurance Cie, then Carfax has no way to know about it.

There is no Bible in the car business.

as was the case on this one....

I got mine from EBAY too but I had met the dealer at a Shelby convention and trusted him.

A brand new car cant be ragged on.

Of course have someone check it out for you... Call up a local mechanic in the area and send him some cash. They'll check it out. Heck with the money you'll save by purchasing from ebay just go on a vacation there!

I had 3 accidents (only 1 was my fault)and all were through my insurance. I wonder if it is only repairs done at the dealership, as I obviously wouldn't have repairs done there.

It's anything that would be considered "off the books" or "on the side," like if you hit someone, and instead of making a claim for whatever reason you paid to have the damages repaired, it would never show up as there's no record of it actually happening.
