that actually looks like a basic gt deluxe w/out the iup and all other options. seems to be a badging job and that is it. but that is just an observation from the two photos you have in your gallery. could be wrong. but something seems fishy about this car.
and yes there is no gt350 for the s197's. just a badging job and hopefully stripes.

Shelby Automobiles in Las Vegas built approximately 5,500 Shelby GTs in 2007 and 2,100 in 2008. No more SGTs will be built in 09 or in the future. New Mustang GTs were delivered to Shelby Automobiles with a special 54U package via rail from Flat Rock, MI. The factory grill was removed and replaced with a billet style along with upgraded front and rear fascia, side scoops, hood scoop, hood-pin kit, Shelby trunk lettering kit, side badges, dash plaque with CSM serial numbering, Shelby GT scuff plates/floor mats, racing stripes. Special handling package included tuned dampers, lowering springs, unique sway bars, and strut-tower brace. Power upgrades included 90mm cold-air kit, performance mufflers, Pro-cal performance calibration, exhaust X-pipe and Hurst short throw sifter. You could add a Paxton supercharger, Baer big brakes, Shelby gauges, 20-inch wheels, lower grill and driving lights, and brake duct kit. The 2007 came in white or black. They are registered by Shelby Automobiles Inc. The cars were not marketed by Ford and are often confused with the Shelby GT 500, which is an entirely different car. Dealers who know very little about this Mustang sometimes call them 350s, which is incorrect.
