Default Vibration pulling out in 1st

Anyone else experience this.....my brother, who is about as tech savy as a rock with computers asked me to ask here about this.

He tells me he has a vibration when pulling out in 1st gear, almost feels like the tires are spinning by they aren't.

Clutch chatter perhaps? There's a certain amount that's considered "within design specs" according to Ford. Although I disagree with Ford, they claim that our high performance clutches (ha!) will do that. The clutch on my GT will chatter at takeoff if I feather it too much.

The part about "almost feels like the tires are spinning by they aren't" has me confused.

yea these clutches dont like 2 be feathered very much... when they are there a bit jumpy and show a little chatter... the manual says these cars make noises and do things other cars dont due 2 the high performance

is this something new for his mustang, or did it always do this? how many miles on the mustang, any mods to it? need more background, bc the part where it feels like the wheels are spinning but they arent sounds kinda weird, esp if its just regular driving.
