the ride is just fine with the stock struts & shocks, wouldn't have done it any other way if I had to do it again (for now). I am sure that aftermarket struts and shocks would make it better, and I'm sure I'll upgrade when the time comes, but for now, I'm completely satisfied.

I have stock 05 spring and struts for a 05 gt vert also a set of h@r spring and camber boltsand stock sway bars.

Beautiful car man, im trying to make the jump myself. Im trying to calculate my extra expenditure a month by going this route, would you ming telling me how much you paid for it so i can get an idea? Thanks, hopefully i'll join the shelby crew soon!

Thanks man! I ended up paying 38,000 for it after going back and forth with the dealer for a while. Don't know what they are going for in other areas but thats really good here. Everything I have seen has been around 39 or 40 for higher miles and 41 to 44 for less than 10k on the odometer. Hope that helps.

Im looking at 2 08's in the central texas area that are 38,000...........one white with blue stripe the other is blue with white stripes. 9,000 mile on the white one and 7,000 on the blue......one dealer told me 17,500 for my 06 trade in.

my ride isnt to bad unless i get on some crappy rodes, it sometimes hits the bump stops in the back, and if i adjust the ride to rough, feels like im ridin a rigid frame lol
