Default traction with lower controll arms

Has anyone tried aftermarket lower control-arms to aid the shelby off of the line and help wheel hop.I`ve been told it`s quite a big difference.

from everything I've read...the upper 3rd link is the best single thing you can do to stop wheel hop. After that, the lower control arms are the next best thing.... Personally I haven't gotten them yet... I have not had a problem with wheel hop. I'm pushing over 560rwhp and have Nitto 555r drag radials...but mine just spins and doesn't skip. Idunno...Eventually I plan on getting all three things I names, they're just not on my top list right now.

I have BMR Poly/ROd-end LCA's and the rear end seems to be a bit more stable.......the tires still spin but there is no hopping so that is a plus.....I like htem and think that they were a worth while mod. i am not putting your power down though so your wheel hop might be way worse.

Take this for what it is worth. I put these on not expecting too much and was very happy with the outcome.

lower control arms make a huge difference in getting rid of wheel hop. BMR sells some cheap tubular lower control arms with poly bushings that we have in stock for just $134.95. You would be suprised how much of a difference these will make.

I have an auto and it's not so much wheel hop as it is wheel spin. I'll still get them just in case though...

The lowers do more then the upper to help. The upper is usualy purchased as adjustable so you can tune your pinion angle (if needed, especialy if lowered.)

They will clean up your wheel hop and improve traction. The traction increase isnt dramatic, but the stability and predicatability is. Brenspeed has many good ones, I like there BMR tubular adjustable with poly bushing on one end, and sphericals on the other. But you pretty much cant go wrong with either, and there EASY to install yourself, or labor would be less then $100 if having somone install for you. At your power levels, either tubular or the billet ones would be best.
