Default Will the Shelby be able to compete?

Saw they are bringing back the z28 with a supercharger.

Will ford have to make a faster shelby now? I would think this would be to compete with the gt500 because no way this will be a mid 30k range price tag. If its to compete with the current GT then a lot of mad 5.0 owners.

I think the Camaro looks nice on the outside but the interior is garbage and its slower than a 5.0.

Mid 40s at the least.......but I think they are shooting themselves in the foot. I mean what are they going to do with the base Vette drop the price below the z?

it won't compete, it will more than likely be more expensive than the shelby, and it will be a lot heavier.

unfortunately there's always going to be something faster and as far as this car is concerned, I'll bet you're going to pay a hefty price for it...

The rumor is that it will be around 550 hp, similar to the GT500, but it will be at least 200 lbs heavier (over 4,000 lbs!).

Is this another one of those Obama (CEO of OMC) green cars?

It will have the drive train from, and be lighter than, the CTS-v, which is already faster than the Shelby. The math says it will be considerably quicker. I'm guessing considerably pricier, too

Has to be in the Corvette price range. No way they're letting that one go under 45k. And if you're shopping Chevy's around that price, what the hell would possess you to buy a f***ing Camaro over the 'vette?

For that matter, what would possess you to buy a Chevy?
