Default Steering howl

Hey, guys. I'm getting this LOUD steering howl like metal on metal when I make a turn. It only happens after I've been driving for a while and the car has heated up. I don't know if it's brake dust (plenty of that) or something with the EPAS. I don't feel anything in the steering; no binding, looseness, etc. Anybody else experiencing it or read about it in the GT or V6 sections?

Thanks.

Turns out it was the differential. They added some friction modifier and it's slowly going away. Now it happens more when making left turns than right. Not nearly as bad when turning right. Still bad when turning left. I'll give it a hundred miles or so before I re-raise the issue w/ the dealership.
