Value of GT500 Shortblock & GT500 Transmission
Hey guys,
I own a 2007 GT500 and I have been hit with the modification bug. I have just taken the car over to the shop in order to have a built automatic transmission in my car (1100 HP rated), along with a beefed up 9" rear end. Considering going all-out and getting a built engine to go along with the other aggressive modifications.
Anyone care to share their thoughts on the value of a the stock manual TR6060 Tremec transmission with approximately 30,000 miles and in full working order?
If I were to sell my stock GT500 short block (34,000 miles and in full working order) with stock iron block, pistons, rods, cams, crank, injectors, and heads, how much do you think that is worth?
Thanks for any input.

I still have it. I am not sure how to send an email to you, as I don't see it as an option. I ended up getting a traction control code on my dash after installing the rear end in the car. I haven't driven the car much this year, but the car is available for viewing if you are interesting in seeing the engine in action. I am considering doing a built engine later this year, or early next year, in the event that someone is looking for my stock block and rotating assembly.
