Question Good Deep Sounding exhaust for the GT500?

I'm looking for some better mufflers than are on my stock Shelby.
I wanted loudmouths but a owner told me they drowned out the sound of his supercharger.

Now... I want it a GOOD amount louder than stock.
I also would like a deep sound.

But I DONT want it to drown out the supercharger sound.

Suggestions?

I had the stingers and they had a good amount of drone.. Now I did not mind it so much but just wanted to put that out there..I went to the ford racing kr style axelbacks and they have the deepest note of all that I tried.. Which include muffler deletes (too loud) corsa ultimate touring (not much louder than stock )...good luck as exhaust note is so subjective to what you are looking for

YouTube isn't reliable for how they sound in reality. How much do the KRs run? Link? Can't seem to find them. Thanks!

On my terminator I ran Magnaflow complete system and it was the perfect sound. So I went with the 3" carback with their competition straight thru muffs. Not as deep and there is a drone at about 2K rpm. I'm happy, but it's not as good as it was on my 2003. Some guys have said it's harder to get the deep sound without the H pipe & cats changed. I agree on the vids, it's very hard to really tell with clips.

I am debating the same thing. I have MagnaFlow and I want something deeper. Mind you while at the dealer getting my yearly Mobil 1 syn change the service guy started the car and I though hmmm that sounds alright. Ah maybe I will leave it MagnaFlow. To get the perfect sound is seemingly the never ending task. good luck.

If you are going to leave your manifolds and midpiprs stock then I would go with a straight through design muffler. Once you start adding highflow or o/r pipes you need a baffled design or it will start to sound like ***

Will the loudmouths drown out my Supercharger whine in or out of the car?
