The water level got as high as the hood. I will take pics of all the debris still stuck in the grill after 4 days, he hasn't even come out to check on the Shelby.

Agreed, should be fine...
A little higher and all bets are off though.

OK so it's been 5 days and the car has not moved, the owner has not even knocked the debris off the front. I tell ya WTF, my broke azz has to deal with a PISSED off wife every time a part breaks on my LX, but this MOTHER FUNKER has a kick azz car that gets shat on. I'm not a mean guy, but *** this. I HOPE the car is FUKED and he sells it cause it cost to much to fix it.

Wow, that is a shame! I would have the Shelby safely stored in my garage with bubble wrap over it to protect it from my kids. LOL

oooh crap! i would not be leaving it in the street in the first place, but i bet only the interior would be messed up, id probably wait a bit after the water receeds maybe a few days to turn the key incase there is some water left over hanging around the electronics.

oh and the smart alick answer is all shelbys gt500s r screwed! lol

You might want to remove the address from your post...

So the car was parked, right? It was not driven in the OP pics? It kind of looks like the car is moving with the water looking like that but that could also just be because of the flow of the water hitting a stationary obstruction...
