Default 2012 Shelby GT500 Overview

Check out Demon 340's homepage article detailing the model year changes for the 2012 Shelby GT500. So, is this the best Shelby GT500 yet? If so, why? If not, what is?

Who needs lighted vanity mirrors in a GT500, really?

some GT500 owners have girlfriends or wives!
That's the first thing they look for in a guy's car!

Questions

1) if the EPAS now has 3 settings, what's the setting for the 2011 version? I hope it's the "sport" setting!!
2) can you get the recaro seats added to the 2011?

Comments

1) glad it now has the garage door opener. Wish mine had it.

I'm still waiting on confirmation before I do my happy dance.

I'm ordering a 13 either way though.

The Shelby needs more power or less weight. The car has a beast of a motor but has a hard time to break high 11's in real life. WTF?

Weight and an "abundance of lack of traction" can kill an ET.

That's why they're rolling out into bottom 11's with DR's only.

Ya, it's nice the new one is gonna have 620hp but I'd be willing to bet it has an even harder time hooking up.
