mm, i wouldnt mind that adjustability.
drop it down low to look good. but still raise it up for those annoying speed bumps and other crappy parking lot entrances

^^^^ That is the really cool thing about the adjustable height control, you can clear obstacles, but still drive low. The other benefit is handling performance is also greatly improved!

How about the actual shocks/bags themselves? How much heavier are they compares to shocks/coil springs?

I really don't know but if I had to guess I'd say they are actually lighter due to there being no springs. A rubber air bladder replaced the springs.

Our suspension components weigh less than the Ford OEM parts by about 4 pounds per corner. This works out to roughly a 16 pound weight reduction of unsprung mass which equals better ride and handling.
