How big of a Tire Can I go?

How big of a Tire Can I go?
I have a 2007 Mustang Shelby GT/SC, It has stock 235 18" on it on all fours. I have a chance to buy already mounted
18x9 38mm offset Front wheels
18x10 42mm offsetRears wheels
255/45 R18 Front tires
295/45 R18 Rear tires
Nitto NT555 Extreem ZR
I can tell my fenders have already been rolled I guess by Shelby? Do you think I would have any issues putting them on?
Here is a side view of the car if it helps?
