..but i still love the crap out of it. Do not rag on my wheels, i am on my winter set up. and i know there's a difference between a showroom picture, and a street dirty pic, but man, my car looks obsolete all of the sudden! haha

I know a lot of you hate the '15, but when i saw it in person this weekend in Minneapolis, I fell in love.

I know what you mean.

I have a friend that just got a 2014 Stingray, and I plan on getting a gently used C6 in the next year or so.

I told him, "You know the thing that sucks, as soon as your car hit the streets, the C6s instantly looked old."

I don't care, I'm still getting one! :)

99GTvert 03-11-2014 06:15 PM

The 2010-2014's still look very good.

Hamidar05 03-11-2014 07:28 PM

Exactly what FORD wants you to think and feel

I think my 09 is damn nice looking car, no matter the age, just like the 70 fastbacks and aged whiskey.

Tanner05 03-11-2014 08:06 PM

As soon as you can wash and wax yours again, you'll be back in love, OP. ;)

ezpotato 03-12-2014 12:26 AM

i know, but i am in love with the new one.

i just wanna put my 20s back on, now that the car is lowered!

The current gen still looks great IMHO. I saw a Brand new Deep Impact Blue GT coming at me down the road the weekend and it looked awesome.

potman 03-17-2014 03:12 PM

I'm still lovin' mine, I think she's hotern' hell.

Took her out last Saturday. Came out of the video store, folks were standing around it peering in the windows at the saddle leather. Stopped for a 6pack, guy a the liquor store just went off on what a beaut she is....

Granted...this is Kansas where anything other than a Buick is pretty wild stuff, but.....

I can dig that kind of reaction..

GTjoe49 03-18-2014 08:01 AM

Normal reactions.

We have Mustangs because we are proud of what we drive. We will always seek the newest and best, but we have our current cars for a reason...we luv 'em!

I know everyone here always looks back after parking their 'Stang and says to themselves, "cool".

Time will tell if the 2015 will carve its own legend, but for now, we have "cool"!

bluebeastsrt 03-18-2014 12:55 PM

I agree 100%! There isn't many generations of Mustangs that I don't think look awesome! The second gens lacked a little visual punch. But for the most part, Mustangs have always been a looker. The first gens are beautiful classics. The foxes look all business when they are done up right with a cowl hood and wide wheels and tires. The SN95s are the sports cars of the bunch. S197s are pure Modern muscle. The S550 is going to be the sophisticated brute. I love em all and cant wait to see the the next gen running at the local track.

rjstubbl 04-18-2014 08:05 AM

I wouldn't trade mine for a new one. IMO, they are loosing the muscle car look.

SPARTAN VI 04-18-2014 03:48 PM

Your 12 GT looks better than the s550, IMO.

People at work were asking why I didn't just wait and get the new one when I bought my 2014 last week. I'd love to own one of those 2015 Mustangs when they come out but I'm thinking it would be forever before I could touch one with the dealer mark-ups that will be dropping on those things! I love the look of my 2014 and I'll be happy with it for a lot of years to come (I hope!).

One word BB........Mustang II YECH

I love all the rest, but from the pics I'm not overly impressed with the new style. Of course, I haven't seen one in person yet, that might change.

As for buying a new one............hell no..........I am waaaay too happy with what I have :)

I got to see the car in person a few weeks ago and I thought it was beautiful!

Yeah, plus the 14's are going on discount at many local dealerships and the car itself has good bang for the buck.

[QUOTE=65Raven65;8360693] The Oldest(!) car guys I see on the street are driving Vettes....Nobody talks to the Vette guys at shows, I could go on and on......Mustangs on the other hand are accessible to almost everyone. Much more fun if you're a carshow guy! (of any age)!
