I dont see why it wont fit with either setup from a "fittment" perspective, however you will run into issues with the speedo. Stock GT rims are about 27.5" tall, and your setup will be 25.66" tall. Width doesnt become and issue until you get wider than 285, with 315 being very iffy. As for the suspension fitting, I am sure it's the same as the GT but ask before ordering.

Someone told me roush doesnt build there own suspension that they have steeda make all there suspension parts.

Roush doesn't use Steeda suspension parts... they are competitors it would be like Saleen using Roush suspension parts

i dont think any of the Roush suspension parts fit the V6... looking on their web store most of them (if not all) say they fit the GT mustang only

I would recommend taking a ride in ROUSH and SALEEN equipped car to make your own decision.
