Hey Folks, I am getting a tune up on my 89 Fox Saleen. It's got 66K miles and I probably havent done a full tune in 3-4 years. I just never drive the car. Looking for advice on best plugs to use now, reccommended Rotor and Cap( I have the saleen Red 8mm wires and will keep those on unless there is a problem)and anythign else you can think of to get it running again like it should. I also have Saleen intake ported to match the GT40 Turbo Swirl heads, E 303 cam , 1:6 crane rockers, bigger fuel pump I think a 190lph. Any ideas on timing?

I could be wrong cause it's been a long time, but stock the timing was always "tweeked" at about 14-15 degrees on those 5 liters.
