yea i know non sc would get aniliated as for the specs 13.4 is an understatement i know it. thats for the 3.08 rear end gearing. i have 3.55. and im supercharged so i gotaa run a 13.0 maybe less. driver does count alot i know and ive driven some fast cars. thanx for ure 2 cents guys.

Hey thats funny about the girl being in the car and him being embarrassed, whats even worse when you and ur girl are pickin on a single girl in her car and then she smokes you, haha, i've done that a lot, but i don't mess wiht saleens, lol!

S-281, if there is a track near you go run and let us know what ur times are. One site will say one thing and another site will say another thing. Same with magazines. I tend to believe what the magazines and websites say so I have proof, but go to the track, run'er up and get a slip. It's the only way to know. If you can drag with slicks too.

From my experience an SC 281 would have it's hands full running against a Z06.
As mentioned earlier .... if all things are equal the SALEEN would see tail lights. Most SALEENs I've seen with the Series IV blower are Dynoing {295-330}. That plus the weight of a SALEEN put you across the 1/4mi from 12.8 to 13.2. Yeah, generalized times I know but that's what I've seen and have been told my owners.
A NA ZO6 can run 12s all day .... so that's your measuring stick. Run a 12.5 in the 1/4mi then go huntin'.

You're a brave brave man if you run that Z06. GL. If I were you though, I'd take into account that you're already into your car for quite a bit of $$, so take a week off work, drop another $2-4k into your powertrain, and THEN run the Z06. He's quite a bit lighter than you are, + more HP, + more aerodynamic. Just my thoughts on it.
