Is there an saleen intake manifold for the fox bodies with the 5.0?If there is where would i get a hold of one.Thanx

Yes. Saleen produced an upper intake manifold that utilized the truck lower intake. Known as the Saleen, Saleen/Vortech, and Vortech manifold. A version of this intake is now the Holley SystemMax.

Used or NOS from a spare parts bin or collector are the only place you will find these. Different castings exist.

I had one of those put on my 89#709 ported and polished to the lower intake and matched to my heads, I had some other mods, but that intake was the best $700 I spent when I did the upgrades back in 95. You can find them once in awhile on E bay.

Best place to get one is ebay, there fairly expensive. Also they have a cool design that other intakes dont, there are bosse's on the side that at the time could be drilled out for extra injectors, this was before many people were offing bigger injectors
