We were out in ID last summer and caught this car at the CdL docks. He had just finished waxing her. A Roush protoype with Foose Rims, apparently GIVEN to the car by Chip because "A car that looks that good deserves these".

those rims look good with the roush kit. they stand out better then the standard roush rims

it actually looks like the rental dock in coure'd'lene where the planes for the lake tour park. i may be wrong tho. being from spokanei spend alot of time in that area and have never seen that car before. dont see many roush/saleens in that area.

You are right on the location! In addition, we caught a older Roush Stage 3 in the aiport garage. Here's another pic of the car:
