Ebay Lizstick Red is here!
Well, the care came today, it was really dirty, but I cleaned it up nice. Of course it is raining out. The car is absolutely perfect cosmetically in, and out. My driving was in the rain, but that feels perfect also. The condition is unbeleivable!
Just a quick pic for now. I cannot take it outside to get some good ones...

Oddly enough, Saleen no longer shows custom colors on their web site.

Thanks everyone. I am loving it so far, I wish it was not raining. I will really drive it tomorrow.

Ok, one question. I was in the rain driving, so I know traction control kicked in, but I want to know what to expect with the stock SC. When you floor it, should the guage shoot right up to 4 immediately, or does it go to like 2 then gradually climb up to 4? I am only asking cause the last one I drove shot right to 4 like a missle. This one was in the rain, but it looked lke it got to 2 quick, then slowly was creeping up. Again, not a fair test as TC was on, and I know it started to spin almost immediately. Just curious at this point. Thanks!!!

It depends on what RPMs you are at. Going to 2 then creeping up to 4 sounds right. Try revving it not in gear to about 5k RPM. It should be pretty close to however much your S/C boosts to.

Great looking car....the Lizstick looks different (still good) in the lighting of your garage.
I'm not sure about the 05 - 08 boost guages....but, from my experiences, their reading isn't an exact science. As long as the power feels the same (which you can't get an appreciation for in the rain), you should be OK.
Now get all that garbage off the wall that is hanging beside the Saleen
!
