i don't think they could be for the REAL police because:

-they have the decepticon logo
-they all have the SAME number (643)
-i doubt cops would put "to punish and enslave" on the side of their car.... ...pretty sure slavery is abolished! HAHA
-and i think transformers used three mustangs (saleens) in the making of the movie.... ....any help saleen guys?


but it is still really cool to see them
